If you contact me via WhatsApp, email, or through my website, I may collect:

• Your moving dates and addresses
   
• Photos or descriptions of your belongings (if shared)

I do not use tracking cookies on this site, and I do not collect any sensitive data automatically.

I use the information you give me to:

• Respond to your quote request
   
• Arrange and complete your move
   
• Provide customer support
   
• Keep basic records for tax and accounting purposes
   

I do not use your data for marketing, nor do I share or sell your information to third parties.

Your contact details and booking info may be stored in:

• My WhatsApp chat history

• Invoices or receipts (for accounting)
   

All information is kept secure and only accessible by me. I don’t use a CRM or third-party booking system.

I only keep your personal info for as long as needed to:

After that, I’ll delete or anonymize it.
